Assistant Creative Director- Mike & Carol Trotta Tailoring
July 2023- January 2024

As the Assistant Creative Director, I helped to reshape the brand's identity and market presence for a contemporary audience. With a focus on innovation and creativity, I collaborated closely with the team to develop and execute impactful branding strategies. My responsibilities extended to managing customer relations and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint, as well as assisting with tailoring and alterations needs.
One of my key contributions was in conceptualizing and curating a Seasonal Custom Collection, where I applied my design knowledge and trend forecasting to help create compelling offerings that resonated with our target audience. Additionally, I created a comprehensive long-term plan for brand development that included strategies for market research, customer analysis, and a multiphased rollout of online marketing and retailing assets. Also, I took charge of all aspects of online social media visual and creative direction, crafting engaging content that showcased our products and captured the essence of our brand.
Overall, my role was dynamic and multifaceted, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, tailoring and construction knowledge, creative vision, and strong interpersonal skills.
